SHULL AND OTHERS requesting that premises described as: The West 120 feet of Lot Eleven (11 ) of Sena M. Wede Subdivision of the North 2 of Northwest ':� of Southeast '4 of �ction 20 Township 16 North, Range 3 East of 3rd P.M, as per Plat recorde d in Book 745 page 119 of the Records in the Re- corder 's Office of Macon County Illinois; alonp with those portions of publis s�reet immediately be annex�e�e�x� ��e �d,�yc�r�tDec��ur°' Illinois; and WHERSAS, it is shown by affidavit that s�d petit�on is signed by all of the owners of record of premises in said above described property and by all of the electors residing therein; and WHEREA5� said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, Illinois� an d is not a part of any city, village, in- corporated town or other munidpality; and WHERFsAS, notice of intention to take action on annexa- tion of said territory has been given as provided by Statute. NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the said territory here inabove de- scribed be, and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 2. That a plat of said anne xed premises is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3. That the City Clerk cause certified copies of this ordinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and recorded by the Recorder of Deeds of Macon County, Illinois.
