<br /> , WHEREAS, there has been filed cvith the City Clerk of
<br /> the City of I�ca�ur, Iliinois, the sworn petition of W. E. BOLAY,
<br /> SR. AP1n OT:�R� requesting that premises described as:
<br /> Beginning 523.82 ft. N. and 89.61 ft. W, of the
<br /> S.E. corn�r of the S,E, � of the S.W. 4 of Sec, �
<br /> 21, Township 16 N. , Range .2 E. of the 3rd P.M. , "��,
<br /> thence N. 355,50 ft. to the S. right of way Iine '
<br /> of the public hightivay knotim as State Route 48,
<br /> thence S.W, along and upon the S, ' right of way

<br /> V�h-IEREAS� said territory is contiguous to the City of
<br /> Decatur, Illir_ois, and is not a part of any city, village, incox-
<br /> porated toc+m or other municipality; and
<br /> WI�REAS, notice of intention to take action on anne xa-
<br /> tion of said territory has b�en given a.s provided by Statute.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAIivED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE �
<br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLInOIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove de-
<br /> scribed be, and the same is hereby, annexed to a� d is hereby in-
<br /> corporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a
<br /> municipal corporation,
