Said improvement shall consiat of the construction of a complete sanitary sewer system, including appurtenancea, acceasories and necessary restoration of street surfaces, all complete in place, ae ehown on Exhibit "A" and as specified in Exhibit "B". The improvement is located in the 5outhwest Quarter of Section 26 and in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, both in Town- ship 16 North Range 2 East of the Third P.
