J��� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDIIIG SPECIAL USE <br /> PERMIT - R-3 REjIDENCE DEVELOPI�IENT <br /> PLAN - CAMELOT <br /> WI�P,EAS, on the 5th day of March, 1970, after notice as re- <br /> quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of RICHARD D. BLACKARD AND OTHERS, <br /> to rnodify the R-3 Residence Ikvelopment Plan as authorized by <br /> Orc?inance No. 5146 as to premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> described as: <br /> The North West � of the South West '4; The East Z of the <br /> Soutl-i West �; and The West ? of the South East 4 all in <br /> Section Twenty-Five (25), Township Seventeen (17} North, <br /> Range Two (2) East of the 3�d P.M., except the following <br /> described traets: <br /> A) Beginning at the South East Corner of the West <br /> � of the South East 4 of said Section 25, thence West <br /> along the Section line 1836.6 feet; thence North parallel <br /> to the East line thereof, 2114.5 feet; thence East paral- <br /> lel to the South line thereof, 1836. 6 feet to the Fast <br /> line of the West 2 of said South East 4j thence South <br /> along the East line of the Wiest 2 of said South East 4j <br /> 2114.5 feet to the place of beginning, <br /> B) The North 770 feet of the South 950 feet of the <br /> East 175 feet of the West 812.10 feet of the South East <br /> One-Quarter (4) of the South West One-Quarter (�) of Sec- <br /> tion 25, Township 17 North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd <br /> P.M. <br /> and <br /> WI-IEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted, <br /> and that the modification of said R-3 Residence Development Plan be <br /> authorized as requested therein. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CZTY OF <br /> DECATUR� ILLINOIS: <br /> Section I. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby received, placed on <br /> file and apnroved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-3 Residence Development Plan <br /> authorized as aforesaid by Ordinance No. 5146 for the development of <br /> the premises aforesaid in accordance therewith be, and the same is <br /> authorized to construct on the premises be, and they are hereby author- <br /> i7ed to construct on the premises aforesaid in the manner set out in <br /> Exhibit A hereto attached and hereoy made a part nereof the buildings <br /> and improvements shown on said Exhibit A in the r�anner and at the <br /> places there shown and that said R-3 Residence Davelopment Plan be <br /> modified and amended in accordance herewith. <br />
