4 � �: <br /> C�� � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � ' `� <br /> AN ORDINANCE RE�NING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of March, 1970, after notice <br /> as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commis- <br /> sion held a public hearing upon the petition of NATHAN WILLIAM5 <br /> to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots 36 and 37 of Rosedale r�llotment to the <br /> City of Decatur as recorded in Book 300, Page <br /> 16 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois. <br /> fron R-3 SINGLE FAMZLY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MiJLTIPLE DWELL- <br /> ING DISTRICT; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommencled <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and <br /> the same are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DIS- <br /> TRICT to R-6 MiJLTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described here- <br /> in. <br /> Section 4.
