R ' , , / , / ORDINANCE NO. �� :�� - AN ORDINANCE REaONING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 5th day of March, 1970, after notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commis- sion held a public hearing upon the petition of JANIES L. LANIUS to rezone premises describec� as: The West 80 feet of the East 100 feet of Lot 3 of Assessor 's Subdivision of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. as per Plat recorded in Book 22 Page 55 of the Records in 'the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the South 51 feet 3 inches of the West 33 feet and the South 45 feet 3 inches of the East 47 feet of said tract; from R-5 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT; and WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granteci. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLI1�'OIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the �ecatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is herQby, approved. 'i Section 2. That said above described premises be, and the same are hereby, rezoned from R-S TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DIS- TRICT to R-6 MULTIPL� DWELLING DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described here- in . Section 4. That the zoning of said premises shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning M�p as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided.
