When signs are erected or the curb is <br /> painted giving notice thereof, no person shall park or leave <br /> standing a vehicle except vehicles of the second division when <br /> actually being used for loading or unloading on the south side <br /> of East North Street, beginning at a point on the east line of <br /> the alley between North Main and North Water Streets and con- <br /> tinuing East a distance of 22 feet. <br /> Section 2.
