� • <br /> +� M <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING INSTITUTION <br /> OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS FC7d2 <br /> SECTION 131-C.S, (ARTERIAL STREETS <br /> NO. 104, 115, AND 115 EXTENSIO N ---- <br /> (NORTH 27TH S2REET IMPROVEMENT) <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, has adopted a plan for widening and resurfacing and <br />' for new pavement construction as follows: <br /> Pershing Road from a point 300 feet East <br /> of North 22nd Street to North 27th Street; <br /> (Arterial Street No. 104) <br /> North 27th Street from 560 feet North of <br /> Kile Street to S.B.I.Rt. 48; <br /> (Arterial Street No. 115) <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That it be, and it is hereby, deter- <br /> mined that East Pershing Road from a point 300 feet East of <br /> North 22nd 5treet to North 27th Street be widened and resur- <br /> faced and that North 27th street from a point S60 feet North <br /> of Kile Street to S.B.I. Rt. 48 be widened and resurfaced and <br /> that the intersection of North 27th Street with said S.B.I. <br /> Rt. 48 be relocated and ne w pavement constructed on said North <br /> 27th Street as required for such relocation, all of which <br /> widening and resurfacing and construction is within the limits <br /> of the City of Decatur, County of Macon and State of I1linois, <br /> and that said widening, resurfacing and construction be used, <br /> occupie d and improved for street pu rposes in a manner necessary <br /> and convenient for public use. <br /> Section 2. That it is hereby determined that said <br /> widening, resurfacing and construction project be designated as <br /> fol lows: <br /> "Section 131-C. S. , Arterial Street No. 104 <br /> (Pershing Road); Arterial Street No. 115 and <br /> Arterial Street No. 115 Extension (North 27th <br /> Street. )" <br />
