�. » � r�. <br /> ORDINANCE �o. �'a�� <br /> AN ORDINANCE RE aONING PROPERTY <br /> WHfiREAS� on the Sth day of February, 1970, after no- <br /> tice as �required by law and ordinance, the Decatur �ity Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petit ion of The <br /> Citizens National Bank of Decatur, Sxecutor under the Last Will <br /> and Testament of Samuel P. Grange, deceased, to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lots 2 and 3 of the Resurvey of part of Lot 65 <br /> of Rivervie w Addition to the City of Decatur as <br /> per plat recoxded in Book 536, page 78 of the <br /> Records in the Recorder�s Off ice of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DIS- <br /> TRICT; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City plan Commission recommended <br /> that said premises be rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT to B-1 NEIC�iBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINfiD BY THE COUNCIL OF THfi <br /> CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and <br /> the same are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDBNCE DIS- <br /> TRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly kno�m as the 2oning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
