ORDINANCE �o. �'a�� AN ORDINANCE RE aONING PROPERTY WHfiREAS� on the Sth day of February, 1970, after no- tice as �required by law and ordinance, the Decatur �ity Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petit ion of The Citizens National Bank of Decatur, Sxecutor under the Last Will and Testament of Samuel P. Grange, deceased, to rezone premises described as: Lots 2 and 3 of the Resurvey of part of Lot 65 of Rivervie w Addition to the City of Decatur as per plat recoxded in Book 536, page 78 of the Records in the Recorder�s Off ice of Macon County, Illinois; from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DIS- TRICT; and WHEREAS, the Decatur City plan Commission recommended that said premises be rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIC�iBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINfiD BY THE COUNCIL OF THfi CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS; Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 2. That said above described premises be, and the same are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDBNCE DIS- TRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly kno�m as the 2oning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided.
