BfiLLINGER AND OTHERS to rezone premises d,escribed ass All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 16 North, Range 2 fiast of the Third Principal Meridian, lying Sauth of the south right-of-c�ray line of Lh6 Highway No. 36, except the South 264 feet of the West 660 feet and except the East 150 feet thereof. from B-2 Commercial District and R-3 Single Family Residence Dis- trict to R-b Multiple Dwelling District; and WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW THERfiFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CQ7NQL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 2. That said above described premises be, and the same are hereby, rezoned from B-2 Cammercial District and R-3 Single Family Residence District to R-b Multiple Dwelling District. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordi.nance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly knoum as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, re gulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided.
