HAROLD HUBBARD AND <br /> OTHfiRS to rezone premises ,described as: <br /> The West 210 feet and the North 150, feet of the <br /> Northw�est Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br /> Section 36, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of <br /> the 3rd P.M. ; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and <br /> WI-�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CCJUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF D�CATUR� ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the DEcatur City <br /> Plan Commission as to that portion of said premises here inafter de- <br /> scribed be, and the same is he reby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That the portion of said above described pre- <br /> mises hereinaft�r described be, and the sa� is hereby� rezoned f�r► <br /> R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIQ-IT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, <br /> said portion of said premises being described as: <br /> All that part of the West 210 feet of the North- <br /> west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br /> 36, Township 17 North, Ranqe 2 East of the 3rd i <br /> P.M�� lying more than 150 feet South of the North <br /> line of said Northwest Quarter. ! <br /> Section 3. That the Districts her�inabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Deeatur, Illinois, cammonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulat ions, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
