t , y , . j. ✓ ORDI NANCE NO. �� AN ORDINANCE REaONING PROPERTY WHERfiAS, on the 15th day of January, 1970, after no�ice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a p�blic hearing upon the petit ion of G. HAROLD HUBBARD AND OTHfiRS to rezone premises ,described as: The West 210 feet and the North 150, feet of the Northw�est Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. ; from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and WI-�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CCJUNCIL OF THE CITY OF D�CATUR� ILLINOIS: Section l. That the recommendation of the DEcatur City Plan Commission as to that portion of said premises here inafter de- scribed be, and the same is he reby, approved. Section 2. That the portion of said above described pre- mises hereinaft�r described be, and the sa� is hereby� rezoned f�r► R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIQ-IT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, said portion of said premises being described as: All that part of the West 210 feet of the North- west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 17 North, Ranqe 2 East of the 3rd i P.M�� lying more than 150 feet South of the North line of said Northwest Quarter. ! Section 3. That the Districts her�inabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Deeatur, Illinois, cammonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulat ions, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided.
