Year 2: July 1,2015—June 30,2016 $9,942.42 per month ($119,309.00 per year) <br /> Year 3: July 1,2016—June 30, 2017 $10,244.00 per month ($122,928.00 per year), plus <br /> charges for Trapeze Services as provided for herein <br /> Year 4: July 1,2017—June 30, 2018 $10,298.67 per month ($125,984.00 per year), plus <br /> charges for Trapeze Services as provided for herein <br /> Year 5: July 1,2018—June 30,2019 $10,824.50 per month ($129,894.00 per year), plus <br /> charges for Trapeze Services as provided for herein <br /> Payment shall be made by the CITY to CONTRACTOR on or before the 15t" day following <br /> receipt of CONTRACTOR'S invoice for that month's management fee on a pro rata basis of the <br /> annual fee. In the event this Agreement terminates other than on the last day of a calendar <br /> month,the fee due CONTRACTOR shall be prorated on a daily basis." <br /> 2. Effect on Agreement. Except as specifically amended hereby, the terms and provisions <br /> of the Agreement are in all other respects ratified and confirmed and remain in full force and <br /> effect without modification or limitation. 'I <br /> 3. Governin�Law. This Amendment shall be governed by and construed under the laws of <br /> the State of Illinois,without regard to principles of conflicts of law. <br /> 4. Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed simultaneously in one or more <br /> counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute <br /> one and the same instrument.
