Any provision of this IGA officially declared void,unenforceable,or <br /> against public policy,shall be ignored and the remaining provisions shall be interpreted,as far as <br /> possible,to give effect to the Parties'intent. All provisions that by their nature would be expected to <br /> survive, shall survive termination. <br /> ARTICLE 17- STANDARD CERTIFICATIONS FOR INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS <br /> 17.1 Public Agency acknowledges and agrees that compliance with this section and each subsection <br /> for the term of the contract and any renewals is a material requirement and condition of this <br /> contract. By executing this contract Public Agency certifies compliance with this section and <br /> each subsection and is under a continuing obligation to remain in compliance and report any <br /> non-compliance. <br /> 17.2 If this contract extends over multiple fiscal years including the initial term and all renewals, <br /> Public Agency shall notify DoIT if it is out of compliance with this section in the manner and <br /> format determined by DoIT by the date specified by DoIT and in no event later than July 1 of <br /> each year that this contract remains in effect. <br /> 10 <br />
