That the City Clerk be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a <br /> duly certified copy of this Ordinance to be filed with the County Clerk of the County of Macon, <br /> Illinois, in time and manner as provided by law. <br /> Section 3. That warrants against and in anticipation of the taxes above levied for the <br /> payment of the ordinary and necessary expenses of the City are hereby authorized to be drawn by <br /> the Mayor and City Clerk to the extent of seventy-five percent of the total amount of any such <br /> tax levied herein in accordance with the Statues in such case made and provided, and subject to <br /> the provisions thereof. <br /> Section 4.
