Grant payments are subject to all other limitations in the <br /> agreement,therefore all DOAP payment requests must be based on,and be <br /> consistent with, either the estimated eligible expense approved in your <br /> application budget for Downstate Operating Assistance Program, or when <br /> available, actual eligible expenses reported. <br /> Should you have any questions regarding this agreement, please direct <br /> questions to Mr. Glenn Groesch, Section Chief, Southern Transit Operating <br /> Programs at 217-524-2156, or Glenn.Groesch(a)illinois.aov. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> John J.
