RE SOLUTION NO. R2016-144 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CHASTAIN& ASSOCIATES,LLC FOR FINAL DESIGN OF BALTIMORE ROAD <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH MACON COUNTY'S <br /> BALTIMORE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-20 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the professional engineering services for the <br /> final design of Baltimore Road drainage improvements associated with Macon County's <br /> Baltimore Road Reconstruction Project,presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Chastain& Associates, LLC,be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2.
