ORDINANCE NO. 2 017-0 2 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 34- <br /> -TRAFFIC AND PARKING- <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 34 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby modified and amended by amending language to Section 38, subsection B.(iii), <br /> reflecting the amendment. Said Section 38 as so modified and amended, shall provide as <br /> follows: <br /> B.(iii) Whenever the owner of a vehicle seized pursuant to this subsection wishes to <br /> retrieve the vehicle seized prior to the evidentiary hearing, he or she may do so by <br /> posting a cash bond of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00)at the Decatur Police <br /> Department, 707 Southside Drive, Decatur, Illinois, in addition to the payment of <br /> applicable towing and storage fees to the City's towing contractor. <br /> Section 2.
