RESOLUTION NO. R2017-18 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF <br /> VCNA PRAIRIE MATERIAL INC. <br /> FOR THE PURCHASE OF PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bids received for furnishing portland cement <br /> concrete presented herewith be, and it is hereby,received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of VCNA Prairie Material Inc. in the amount of$157,952, be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
