RESOLUTION NO. R2017 - 12 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> -DECATUR PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment to the Lease Agreement presented to Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and the Decatur Public Building Commission regarding the lease of <br /> a portion of the Law Enforcement Center, 333 South Franklin Street, Decatur, Illinois, be, and <br /> the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
