That the Redevelopment Agreement presented to the City Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Evergreen Hospitality, LLC, regarding the redevelopment of the <br /> Hampton Inn located at 4855 East Evergreen Court and legally described on said agreement be, <br /> and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
