RESOLUTION N0.2017 -49 <br /> Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Purchase Order with <br /> Cummins Crosspoint for the Rebuilding of a City of Decatur Public Bus <br /> Engine in an Amount not to exceed $26,335. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the estimate presented to the City Council herewith from <br /> Cummins Crosspoint of Normal, Illinois, for the purpose of rebuilding engine, <br /> including parts and labor, for a 2001 Gillig, City of Decatur Public Transit System <br /> bus, be, and the same is herby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
