Anderson Plaza, Decatur, <br /> Illinois, 62523, until 10:30 am.,March 30, 2017, and thereafter publicly opened and read. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: <br /> The proposed improvement is officially known as: <br /> NELSON PARK NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> COMBINED SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT <br /> IEPA LOAN NO. L17-5315 <br /> CITY PROJECT 2012-22 <br /> The proposed project herein specified and described includes the following work: <br /> �! The Nelson Park Combined Sewer Separation Project includes the separation <br /> ■ and abandonment of the existing storm system, installation of approximately <br /> 12,000 feet of storm system ranging in diameter from 12" to 48"pipe, associated <br /> manholes and inlets, street repair and reconstruction, site restoration, and all other <br /> miscellaneous work to install a new storm system. <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: <br /> 1. Plans, specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from Decatur Blue Print, <br /> Inc., 230 West Wood Street, Decatur, Illinois, 62523, (217) 423-7589, <br /> www.decaturblue.com. <br /> 2. A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 2, at 1:30 PM local time in the Public <br /> Works Conference Room on the 3rd floor of the Decatur Civic Center. In <br /> addition to project questions, the opportunity will be provided to discuss the <br /> Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Women's Business Enterprise participation <br /> requirements of the Illinois State Revolving Fund loan program, and the City of <br /> Decatur's Minority Participation Goals for Public Works Contracts. Attendance at <br /> this meeting is required to bid on the project. <br /> 3. Payment shall be made to Decatur Blue Print, Inc.
