Asphalt milling and overlay work will occur along streets that have surface distresses <br /> where replacing the surface will help prevent costlier repairs in the future. There are also several <br /> concrete and brick streets which will be overlaid with a layer of asphalt to seal these old roads and <br /> to create a smoother riding surface.
