RESOLUTION NO. R2017-55 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF A CONTRACT WITH OTTO BAUM COMPANY,INC. FOR <br /> LOCAL MOTOR FUEL TAX STREET IMPROVEMENTS (CONCRETE) <br /> CITY PROJECT 2017-26 <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2017-26, Local Motor <br /> Fuel Tax Street Improvements (Concrete)project be,and they are hereby, received and placed on <br /> file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Otto Baum Company, Inc. be accepted and a contract awarded <br /> accordingly and that said contract between Otto Baum Company, Inc. and the City of Decatur is <br /> for a total amount of$1,382,317.48; which includes $1,292,283.48 in Local Motor Fuel Tax <br /> funds and$90,034 in Storm Water funds. <br /> Section 3.
