RESOLUTION NO. R2017-56 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH TYROLT INC., <br /> D/B/A DUNN COMPANY FOR STREET RESTORATION, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2017-08 <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2017-08, Street <br /> Restoration project be, and they are hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Tyrolt, Inc., d/b/a Dunn Company be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded accordingly, and that said contract between Dunn Company and the City of Decatur is <br /> for a total amount of$710,000.00 in State Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Tyrolt, Inc., d/b/a Dunn <br /> Company, for said plan, in the amount of$710,000.00 in State Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of April,2017. <br /> Julie*Moore Wolfe, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 1) <br /> Debra G.
