That the Collective Bargaining Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Council 31,American Federation of State, County and <br /> Municipal Employees, on behalf of AFSCME Local 268 representing the Decatur Public <br /> Library, for salary and benefits be, and it is hereby, received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
