RESOLUTION NO. R2017-63 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH <br /> HOMER TREE CARE,INC. <br /> FOR REMOVAL OF TREES ON CITY PROPERTY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for Removal of Trees on City <br /> Property, and presented to the Council herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Homer Tree Care, Inc., in the amount of$92,700.00 for <br /> Areas 1, 2, 3 and 4 be, and it is hereby, accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
