A. WORKERS COMPENSATION and EMPLOYERS LIABILITY: <br /> Workers compensation insurance shall be provided according to the provisions of <br /> the Illinois Workers Compensation Act, as amended. <br /> Employers Liability <br /> a. Each Accident $500,000 <br /> b:Disease -policy limit $500,000 <br /> c.Disease -each employee $500,000 <br /> B. COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br /> General Aggregate Limit $2,000,000 <br /> Products -Completed Operations $2,000,000 <br /> Each Occurrence Limit $1,000,000 <br /> Insurance shall be written on an occurrence form and shall provide coverage for: operations <br /> of the contractor, subcontractors (if any), broad form property damage, contractual liability <br /> and the hazards of explosion, collapse and underground (if appropriate). An Umbrella <br /> policy may be used to provide excess limits over underlying policy(ies) to meet the <br /> required limits of coverage. <br /> '.C. COMMERCIAL AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY: <br /> Bodily Injury&Property Damage: <br /> Combined Single Limit $1,000,000 <br /> The policy shall cover owned,nonowned, and hired vehicles. <br /> The contractor shall supply certificates of insurance setting forth the coverage, limits, and <br /> endorsements before the City will execute the contract. The certificate of insurance shall include <br /> the City of Decatur, its officers and employees as an additional insured. <br /> SECTION 8. INDEMNITY <br /> Critchelow hereby acknowledges, recognizes and accepts the inherent risk of tree <br /> removal, timber harvesting and logging and acknowledges that it is a dangerous occupation for <br /> which it assumes full liability and responsibility to people and property. Critchelow shall <br /> indemnify and save harmless the City, its officers and employees against any and all claims for <br /> damages to property or injuries to or death of any person or persons, including property and <br /> employees or agents of the City or Critchelow and including reasonable attorney's fees incurred <br /> by the City or required in any way to be paid by the City, in defense thereof, and shall indemnify <br /> and save harmless the City from all claims, demands, suits, actions or proceedings including <br />
