Marietta in 1951. A construction business has <br /> been operating at this location since 1985; first operating as Riteway Roofing (License#104.000837, <br /> effective 12/13/1985) and currently as Kendall Construction (License #104.015803 & 105.005504), <br /> effective 3/28/2011) <br /> This expansion to the non-conforming use will replace an existing 45.81' x 29.55' garage with a 104' <br /> x 28' garage. The larger garage will allow for more equipment to be stored within the garage. <br /> There are several accessory buildings of similar construction within this neighborhood and some of <br /> similar square footage as well. <br /> SECTION FIVE: CERTIFICATION <br /> To be placed on the agenda of the regular meeting on the first Thursday of the month at 3:00 <br /> PM in the City Council Chambers, petition must be received on the first Thursday of the <br /> preceding month. Failure of the petitioner or the petitioner's representative to attend the Plan <br /> Commission hearing may result in items being tabled.
