Dickinson's Subdivision of a <br /> part of Lot Three(3)in the East%2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section Twenty-three(23), <br /> Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the Yd P.M., as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 22, Page 562 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
