RESOLUTION NO.R 2016-131 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS <br /> DEPARTMENT OF INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY,AN ILLINOIS STATE <br /> AGENCY,FOR FIBER BUILD SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.That the Inteergovernmental Agreement presented herewith to the City <br /> Council between the City of Decatur,Illinois and the Illinois Department of Innovation <br /> and Technology,be,and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.That the Mayor and the City Manager be,and they are hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to sign said agreement in substantially the same form as <br /> presented, on behalf of the City of Decatur,Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of Noyember,2016. <br /> Jule Moore W e, ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> AV <br /> Calf CLERK <br />
