RESOLUTION NO. 2 017-7 8 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH <br /> ENTLER EXCAVATING COMPANY,INC.,FOR 2017 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> SANITARY & STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2017-09 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2017-09, 2017 <br /> Miscellaneous Sanitary& Storm Sewer Improvement Project, and presented to the Council <br /> herewith,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Entler Excavating Company, Inc., be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded accordingly and that said contract between Entler Excavating Company, <br /> Inc., and the City of Decatur is for a total amount of$544,754; which includes $444,754 in <br /> Sewer funds, and $100,000 in Stormwater funds. <br /> Section 3.
