Mobilization and Project Administration:Mobilization shall include and Compensation will <br /> be for the completion of all the following sub tasks: <br /> 3.01 Prepare Work Plan:Wachs Water Services will work with the Water Distribution <br /> Division to determine which 1/3 of the valves are to be assessed each year,order they <br /> are to be assessed,and procedures to be followed during the assessment process. <br /> 3.02 Prepare Safety Plan:Wachs Water will develop and maintain a detailed written safety <br /> plan to include the necessary traffic control and procedures to notify the City of <br /> emergency conditions that may arise as part of the valve assessment work <br /> 3.03 Prepare Project Schedule:Wachs Water will develop and maintain an overall schedule <br /> for the work for Public Works Department approval,updated monthly as the project <br /> progresses. <br /> 3.04 Conduct Project Meetings:Wachs Water will conduct an Initial Project Meeting to <br /> review the scope of work and schedule. Monthly project review meetings to update the <br /> schedule and advise on the status of the project will be conducted. The Wachs Water <br /> Project Team will conduct short weekly coordination discussions with the City's <br /> representative to advise on the area of work for the coming week and resolve any <br /> ongoing concerns. <br /> 3.05 Project Administration:All administrative tasks required to successfully complete <br /> the work <br /> 3.06 Payment:Fifty percent(50%)of this unit price payment will be made with the first <br /> monthly payment and the final 50%will be paid with the yearly final payment. <br /> � �� Scope of Services 3 <br />
