1 <br /> Proposal for Construction Phase Services <br /> Decatur Monument Corridor <br /> January 12, 2017 <br /> Summary <br /> MMA will provide Construction-Phase Services for the project known as Decatur Monument Corridor to <br /> project engineers Homer L.Chastain &Associates (Chastain and Associates). <br /> Project <br /> The project includes sign installations at the four primary entrances to the city and directional signage <br /> within the city per Design Documents already prepared. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> MMA provide the following services: <br /> 1. Attend pre-construction meeting and answer questions. <br /> 2. Review contractor submittals and confer with Chastain about any concerns. <br /> 3. Answer questions during the installation and assist with any change orders necessary. <br /> 4.
