THE ENGINEER AGREES, <br /> 1. To perform or be responsible for the performance of the engineering services for the LA, in connection with the PROJECT <br /> hereinbefore described and checked below: <br /> ❑ a. Proportion concrete according to applicable STATE Bureau of Materials and Physical Research(BMPR)Quality <br /> Control/Quality Assurance(QC/QA)training documents or contract requirements and obtain samples and perform <br /> testing as noted below. <br /> ❑ b. Proportion hot mix asphalt according to applicable STATE BMPR QC/QA training documents and obtain samples <br /> and perform testing as noted below. <br /> ❑ c. For soils,to obtain samples and perform testing as noted below. <br /> ❑ d.
