ORDINANCE NO. 2 017—3 7 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS AT THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF EAST NORTH STREET AND NORTH 25TH STREET FACING <br /> NORTH 25TH STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED,BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof,the driver of a <br /> vehicle on North 25th Street approaching East North Street from the north and south shall stop and <br /> yield the right-of-way to vehicles on East North Street which have entered the intersection of said <br /> street or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said <br /> driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs. <br /> Section 2.
