R201 7-94 <br /> RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CHASTAIN & ASSOCIATES,LLC <br /> TO COMPLETE DESIGN OF THE <br /> MCKINLEY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2017-22 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the professional engineering services for the <br /> final design of the McKinley Sewer Rehabilitation, City Project 2017-22, presented to the <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Chastain &Associates, LLC, be, and the same <br /> is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
