RESOLUTION NO. R2017- 95 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 724 WEST MACON STREET BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; Section 1. That the Quit Claim Deed presented to the City Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Baby Talk, a nonprofit agency, for the Sale of Property located at 724 West Macon Street as described in the attached deed for$10 be, and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the City Manager be, and is hereby authorized and directed to sign said Quit Claim Deed on behalf of the City of Decatur, and furthermore that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, further authorized to cause to be done that which may appear to be appropriate to cause said real estate to be sold by and on behalf of the City of Decatur.
