RESOLUTION NO. R2017-xx R2017-118 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CLIFTONLARSONALLEN, LLP FOR AUDITING SERVICES AND <br /> NON-AUDIT ADVISORY SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Service Agreement presented herewith to the <br /> City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
