RESOLUTION NO. R2017-97 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT <br /> FOR STATE PARTICIPATION WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS <br /> FOR THE USE OF ILLINOIS JOBS NOW! FUNDS FOR <br /> LAND ACQUISITION FOR THE BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Local Agency Agreement for State Participation presented to the City <br /> Council herewith, between the City of Decatur and the State of Illinois, acting by and through its <br /> Department of Transportation, for the utilization of$2,006,014 of State Illinois Jobs Now! funds <br /> for land acquisition for the Brush College Road Improvement project, City Project 2009-33, <br /> Section 17-00933-00-LA, be, and it is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
