RESOLUTION NO.82017- 133 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING OFFICE SPACE SUBLEASE BETWEEN <br /> -DECATUR PUBLIC LIBRARY AND WORKFORCE INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS- <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur("City")and the Board of Library Trustees of the Ci of <br /> ty ) ary City <br /> Decatur ("Library") entered into a Lease Agreement ("Lease") effective May 1, 2016 for the <br /> property owned by the City located at 130 North Franklin Street,Decatur,Illinois. <br /> WHEREAS, the Lease provided that the Library may sublease all or a part of the Leased <br /> Premises so long as the City provides written consent to such sublease,which consent shall not be <br /> unreasonably withheld. <br /> WHEREAS,the Library wishes to sublease a portion of the Leased Premises to Workforce <br /> Investment Solutions. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
