RESOLUTION NO. 2017- 145 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> CITY MANAGER,DEPUTY CITY MANAGER AND/OR DIRECTOR OF ECONOMIC <br /> & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO APPROVE HUD PROJECT AGREEMENTS <br /> AND EXPENDITURES <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the allocation of the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) and <br /> HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds as outlined in the FY2015/2019 Consolidated <br /> Plan will fund various projects and activities. <br /> Section 2.
