MARY'S HOSPITAL - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1st day of February, 2018, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of St. Mary's Hospital to modify and amend <br /> the PD Planned Development District previously approved by Ordinance No. 2003-73, and <br /> subsequently amended several times, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> described as follows: <br /> Sampson Addition as recorded in Plat Book 745 on Page 251 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> AND <br /> The resurvey of Lot One (1) of the St. Mary's Addition as recorded in Plat Book <br /> 1832, Page 330 in the Records of the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> AND <br /> Lot Two (2) of the St. Mary's Addition as recorded in Plat Book 1832, Page 269 in <br /> the Records of the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend <br /> that the modification of said PD Planned Development District as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the condition set forth below, the aforesaid Planned Development <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized <br />
