RESOLUTION NO. R2018-53 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND CLIFFORD MASON BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Clifford Mason regarding temporary construction easement agreement be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Clifford Mason.
