RESOLUTION NO. 82018-87 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH <br /> KINNEY CONTRACTORS,INC. FOR DECATUR PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM <br /> (DPTS) CONCRETE BUS SHELTER PAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2018-17 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2018-17, Decatur <br /> Public Transit System (DPTS) Concrete Bus Shelter Pad Improvement Project, and presented <br /> to the Council herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Kinney Contractors, Inc., in the amount of$67,991.88 be, <br /> and it is hereby, accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
