RESOLUTION NO. 2018-. <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT AND <br /> APPOINTING INTERIM CITY MANAGER <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between the City of Decatur and Billy Tyus for the <br /> appointment by the City of Billy Tyus as Interim City Manager be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3. That effective July 22, 2018, or the date that Tim A.
