RESOLUTION NO. R 2 018-14 0 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND MACON COUNTY FOR COSTS AND <br /> MAINTENANCE UF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br /> WHEREAS,Macon County and the City of Decatur desire to enter into an <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement for costs and maintenance of traffic control devices on County <br /> highways in the City. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUIYCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois authorizes an <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Decatur and Macon County for the costs and <br /> maintenance of traffic control devices located on County highways within the City. <br /> Section 2.
