RESOLUTION R�o� - .n <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE ADDITIONAL MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS <br /> TO PAY THE CITY'S PORTION TO IMPROVE THE MOUND ROAD / <br /> SPRING CREEK WEST AND MIDDLE BRIDGES, <br /> STRUCTURES 058-3035 AND Q58-3Q36 <br /> CITY PROJECT 2017-06 <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the additional sum of$150,000 of State <br /> Motor Fuel Ta.�c funds for the purpose of paying the City's share of Motor Fuel Tax eligible costs <br /> for the Mound Road/Spring Creek West and Middle Bridges Deck Replacement under the <br /> applicable provisions of the Illinois Highway Code. <br /> Section 2. That only those sidewalks, streets, highways, bridges; and operations as listed <br /> and described as part of the Mound Road/Spring Creek West and Middle Bridges Deck <br /> Replacement project, are eligible for State Motor Fuel Tax funds and shall be designated as <br /> Section 17-00706-00-BR. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the project, <br /> submit to the Department of Transportation on forms furnished by said Department, a certified <br /> statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for this project; <br /> and, <br /> Section 4.
