Westwater, <br /> requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT FORTY-FOUR(44) OF SOUTH HILLTOP SUBDIVISION, SITUATED IN MACON COUNTY, <br /> ILLINOIS. COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3309 GREENVIEW DRIVE. <br /> Pnv# 17-12-33-302-005 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
