ORDINANCE NO.��«" �� <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> -CHAPTER 73 - <br /> -OFFENSES— <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 73 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois,be, and the <br /> same is hereby modified and amended by amending and adding language to Section 30. Said <br /> Section 30 as so modified, amended and added, shall provide as follows: <br /> 30. TOBACCO. <br /> A.No person shall sell, buy for, distribute samples of or furnish any cigar, cigarette, <br /> smokeless tobacco,tobacco in any of its forms, electronic cigarettes or alternative <br /> nicotine products to any persons under twenty-one (21) years of age. <br /> B.No persons under twenty-one (21�years of age shall possess,purchase or attempt to <br /> purchase any cigar, cigarette, smokeless tobacco,tobacco in any of its forms, electronic <br /> cigarettes or alternative nicotine products. <br /> C. For purposes of this Section, "smokeless tobacco"means any tobacco products that <br /> are suitable for dipping or chewing. <br /> Section 2.
